About the Position:
The Sprott School of Business at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada, invites applications for a tenure-track position in International Business (Assistant/Associate) effective July 1, 2020.
The successful candidate will maintain an active research program, deliver undergraduate and graduate courses to a culturally diverse student body, supervise graduate students, and participate actively in the ongoing development of our academic programs in a highly collegial environment.
Candidates must possess a Ph. D., or equivalent, in Business, Management, or related fields with an emphasis on international business. The successful candidate should have a strong record of research output and a promising ongoing research portfolio consistent with AACSB guidelines for a doctoral-granting business school. The candidate should also have a record of successful teaching. Candidates with research and teaching interests in international marketing, ethics and sustainability, emerging markets and development, or international human resource management are particularly encouraged to apply. Evidence of international work experience would be considered an asset. Candidates should demonstrate alignment with the research interests of Sprott faculty and the strategic mission of the Sprott School of Business (https://sprott.carleton.ca/about-sprott/mission-and-vision/).
