The Department of Psychology invites applicants for two one-year Limited Term Faculty appointments. The successful applicants will be expected to teach a total of seven (7) sections, including Introductory Psychology, and senior undergraduate level courses in one or more of the following areas: Learning (Behaviourism, Classical and Modern Behavioural Theory), Drugs and Behaviour (biological emphasis), Consciousness (Integration of Psychological and Philosophical Perspectives), Psychology of Language, and Psychology of Gender (emphasis on current research in the field). Ability to teach second year Research Methods is an asset.

Duties of Limited Term faculty fall within Article 18.2 (Teaching Faculty Duties) of the Collective Agreement, specifically the Teaching and Service components.

The successful applicant must hold a Ph.D. in psychology, or be near completion; relevant expertise and ability to teach senior undergraduate level courses in one or more of the areas listed above are required. Previous university-level teaching experience will be considered an asset and ability to teach remotely is required.
