About the Position:
The Department of Psychology, Carleton University invites applications from qualified candidates for a one-year limited-term Instructor in the area of Quantitative Psychology beginning July 1, 2019.
About the Academic Unit:
The Department of Psychology has a strong undergraduate and graduate program in experimental Psychology and, as of July 2019, students will be able to complete a concentration in Quantitative Methods in Psychology. Candidates should have demonstrated expertise in advanced Quantitative Methods.
The position requires a Ph.D. in psychology with evidence of expertise in advanced Quantitative Methods. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and would be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in quantitative methods (e.g., graduate courses in regression, anova, multilevel and structural equation modeling, advanced survey design) and have effective leadership and collaborative skills.
