The successful candidate may be expected to help develop that common syllabus, teach, and co-ordinate our Introductory Financial Accounting course during the Fall semester. Other potential teaching assignments at the undergraduate or graduate level beyond the primary needs of the introductory course will be determined by the Department Chair based on the candidate’s background, interests, and program needs.

Experience and Education Requirements

For an appointment at the Assistant Professor rank an earned doctorate is normally expected. For an appointment at the Lecturer rank a master’s degree in an applicable field, a professional accounting designation, and significant recent professional accounting experience, is required.
