Research Associate - Organic Chemistry

University of British Columbia

Position Description

This position entails two aspects of organic chemistry: natural products separation and total synthesis for structural characterization. As such, applicants must be trained at the PhD level in synthetic organic chemistry or synthetic organic methods development. Applicants with postdoctoral training or job experience will be preferred, especially if the candidate has further expertise in reaction analysis and/or natural products separation. The applicant should also have a proven track record of independent research.
