The School of Dentistry is seeking applications for a full-time tenure-track or tenured position in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical and didactic teaching in oral surgery at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The successful individual will be responsible for building and maintaining an active research program, for which start-up funds will be available.
Candidates will have graduated from an accredited DDS/DMD program or equivalent and have relevant postgraduate and clinical qualifications in the specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and be eligible for licensure by the Alberta Dental Association and College (ADA&C). Completion of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC) Fellowship examination in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery is preferred.
There may be time allocated to private practice (if applicable). The successful candidate will have demonstrated the impact of their research and provided evidence of established and respected research and teaching skills, and have a demonstrated record of service at the departmental, institutional, national and/or international levels.
