Urban Agriculture and Plant Production Engineering - Tenure Track Assistant Professor
The suitable individual will teach courses related to building design, energy management and design, and integration of biology into building design. Emphasis shall be given to urban plant production but can include related areas such as regenerative building design, structures, building foundation design, energy management, building control, data collection/monitoring, and other emerging technologies pertaining to building and controlled plant environments, human wellness, and food quality assessment. The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree in engineering and a M.Sc./Ph.D. preferably in a field associated with plant production.
