Canada Impact+ Emerging Leader (Assistant Professor Tenure-Track) in AI-integrated Biomedical Sensors, Diagnostics, and/or Medical Imaging

The Departments of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering, within the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Victoria, jointly invite applications for a Canada Impact+ Emerging Leader position in AI-Integrated Biomedical Sensors, Diagnostics, and/or Medical Imaging.

If awarded, this tenure-track appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Professor, to commence July 1, 2027.

This position is for candidates working in alignment with the Federal Strategic Priority of “health and biotechnology.”
