Assistant Professor Business Analytics/Digital Transformation

University of Lethbridge

The Dhillon School of Business (DSB) at the University of Lethbridge invites applications for one tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor rank in Business Analytics or Digital Transformation on our Lethbridge Campus beginning July 1, 2026.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach and engage in research in business analytics, digital transformation, or a closely related field. The successful candidate will also be expected to help teach and supervise students in our graduate programs, such as our research-based M.Sc. in Management and our Masters of Management programs. The individual should have interests in involving community organizations in teaching or research projects with the intent of achieving positive societal impact.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in business analytics, digital transformation, or related field, or a relevant Ph.D. with a dissertation and ongoing research publications in one or more of the above areas. Applicants in the final stages of completing their Ph.D. Dissertation in one of these areas will also be considered.
