Assistant Professor in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour

Description and Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who hold, or are very near completion of, a Ph.D. in Human Resource Man-agement, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a re-lated field. The successful candidate will have a proven record of research in these fields, including publi-cations or the potential to publish in highly ranked journals. They will demonstrate expertise and passion for teaching in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, or Industrial Rela-tions which could include the following courses: Introduction to Organizational Behaviour, Human Re-source Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, Labour Law, Strategic Compensation, Busi-ness Negotiations, and Workplace Health and Safety. The ideal candidate will show the ability or poten-tial to secure external research funding and undertake relevant administrative activities, including meetings and committee work.
