Qualifications
The minimum qualifications are a Ph.D. degree or nearing completion of Ph.D. specializing in business strategy or strategic man¬agement from a recognized university (an AASCB accredited institution is preferred). Candidates must have an interest and the ability to engage in scholarly activities as evidenced by an established research agenda with the potential to publish high-quality research in leading strategy journals, must also demonstrate effective classroom teaching skills and student mentorship abilities in areas related to applied strategy development and implementation as well as effective interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate is expected to teach both undergraduate and graduate courses and supervise research-orientated graduate and undergraduate students (B.Comm. Honours and MSc. in Management).
