Operations Manager, Empirical Social Sciences (CRESS)

McMaster University

The Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) at McMaster University is searching for an Operations Manager for the Centre for Research in Empirical Social Sciences (CRESS). CRESS is a newly formed unit within the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Operations Manager, working with a Faculty Director and lab managers, will play a central role in the full development and long-term success of the Centre.


Required: MA in a relevant Social Science discipline.
Preferred: PhD in a relevant Social Science discipline.

5 years’ experience working in a social science focused data research centre or similar research support unit, including experience managing aspects of such a facility and in working as a data scientist
